My name is Jessie and I am a physical therapist and yoga teacher (200 RYT) . I specialize in pelvic floor physical therapy, treating the prenatal and postpartum population as well as males. I also treat general orthopedic conditions. I received my B.S degree in Exercise Science from the University of Scranton in 2017 followed by my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami in 2020. Like any others, my yoga journey began with the physical practice and over the years I began to learn about the various health benefits from not only the physical practice but other aspects of yoga. During difficulty periods of my life yoga helped keep me grounded and manage my anxiety. I love to use my knowledge of yoga to guide my physical therapy practice. In addition to therapeutic exercise, I like to use traditional manual techniques such as soft tissue mobilization and myofascial release.
If you’re looking at my schedule and don’t see a convenient appointment, please feel free to e-mail me and I will work with you to find a time. jnapolitanolmt@gmail.com
My name is John and I am a licensed massage therapist and a registered nurse. I have additional certifications as a Certified Pediatric Massage Therapist and a Certified Prenatal Massage Therapist. I specialize in the treatment of pain virtually anywhere in the body. I work with clients with sports injuries, frequent or migraine headaches, severe PMS symptoms, children with back or extremity pain, and women experiencing discomforts from pregnancy. I’ve been a massage therapist since 1994 and a registered nurse since 2004. I have my Doctorate Degree in Nursing Practice (DNP).
My philosophy is that massage therapy is complimentary medicine, that is, it compliments modern medicine. I firmly believe that every human body is different, and each massage session requires a different plan of care. If you’re not sure if massage is right for you, reach out to me for a complimentary evaluation. I hope to have the opportunity to make you or your child feel your best.
